RMA - Return Approval Number*
Before returning products to our European Repair Centre (ERC) you need an RMA (Return Material Approval) number. For request of repairs, returns or faulty products we ask you to fill out the RMA Form.

Resellers 
If you are you a registered PC-PoS reseller, you can fill out the form on-line after you have logged in to your account.
